Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as delivery days.
If you have placed an order of an item that is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
If there is an issue with delivery, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. We will deliver your order to the address you provide at the time that you placed your order. Please ensure that both the billing and shipping address is appropriate for the time you are expected to receive your order (pre-order) to ensure your delivery arrives to the correct address. Delivery will be completed when you or any other person has taken physical possession of the Products.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO box addresses.

International Delivery
If you order for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. In territories with Customs, we cannot guarantee the length of time that our Products may take to be passed through Customs.
Returns
If you would like a return, please contact our customer care team at orders@charlottelizabeth.com who will happily assist you.
If you have chosen to return your bag as you have changed your mind, we cannot refund you for any shipping costs and we cannot cover any return fees. We will refund you once we can confirm we have received your order in a new/unused condition. And unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any returns lost in transit, so we highly recommend using a tracked service. Please read our full Terms and Conditions to learn what we can and cannot accept with returns.
If within 12 months of ordering your bag it has become faulty, please contact our customer care team via orders@charlottelizabeth.com who will be able to assist you in resolving this for you as quickly as possible.

High-Quality Materials
Made to last, our leathers and materials are chosen with the utmost care and responsibility. For our Core Collection, we’ve partnered with a supplier that has earned the prestigious ‘Gold’ rating from The Leather Working Group, the world’s leading environmental certification for the leather manufacturing industry. This recognition ensures that the leather we use is sustainably sourced and produced with the environment in mind.
The Italian pebble grain leather selected for this collection is not only buttery soft to the touch but also exceptionally durable due to its textured finish and the quality of the hide. This leather is designed to stand the test of time, becoming even more beautiful as it ages. For our Original Bloomsbury style, we use split British leather which is sourced with product longevity in mind.
To further enhance the lifespan and luxury of our handbags, we’ve incorporated gold-plated hardware into each style. This attention to detail not only adds an elegant touch but also contributes to the overall durability and timeless appeal of our designs.

Considered Packaging
We take deliberate, measured steps to ensure that our packaging has as little environmental impact as possible. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we believe that even the smallest details matter. To that end, all of our leather goods are carefully packaged in a fully biodegradable, 100% cotton dust bag. This dust bag is designed to provide around twelve years of continuous use, offering a durable and eco-friendly solution for keeping your items protected. Once it has fulfilled its purpose, the bag can be shredded and composted at home or taken to an industrial composting facility, where it will break down naturally and contribute valuable carbon elements to the compost mix.
We’re also proud to say that all our additional packaging elements are 100% recyclable. Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable themselves. The stickers and tissue paper used in our packaging are FSC certified, meaning they come from responsibly managed forests, and are printed with soy-based inks—another eco-friendly choice. Both the tissue paper and stickers are not only recyclable but also compostable, allowing them to break down naturally when disposed of.
By making these conscious decisions, we strive to minimize waste and ensure that every step of our packaging process aligns with our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
